General |
| All prices quoted are in pounds sterling
and excluding VAT (unless stated otherwise) which will be added
at ruling rate at time of invoice. |
| All work will be invoiced to your companies' mailing address
upon completion and is payable within 28 days of receipt of
invoice (except for one page websites where payment is due in full
in advance). |
| All cheques to be made payable to "AceTech
Enterprises Ltd". Cash is also accepted. |

Bespoke Web Design |
|
Bespoke web design activities require a minimum £100 deposit (typically
20% of quoted costs) before work
commences with remainder payable within 28 days of receipt of invoice after
satisfactory completion and uploading of website. |
|
Any renewal fees due (e.g. web hosting, mailboxes or domain
name registration) will be notified at least 30 days before the renewal deadline.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that payment is made
prior to the renewal date otherwise the service may be
temporarily or permanently withdrawn. |
| Travelling and subsistence costs are included
within prices for businesses within
the local
area of AceTech Enterprises' offices (i.e. within 20 miles). There will be
no expense charges for consultations within this area. Any other
costs incurred in visiting businesses outside of this area will be agreed with the client
in advance and will be invoiced for. |
| The responsibility for verifying the copyright status and
restrictions on use of any materials supplied to AceTech Enterprises for
inclusion within a website design resides with the client. AceTech
reserves the right to refuse to publish any material which it
believes might be in breach of copyright, illegal or which it
considers immoral. |
|
For websites with FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access, the
client accepts that that the server will not be used to store
materials that infringe copyright agreements, such as warez or
MP3s, pornographic material, or used for any illegal activities.
AceTech Enterprises reserves the right to terminate the service
in the event of a breach of these conditions without refund. |
| If an optional email account is being provided then the client
will need to set-up an account on a program, such as Microsoft
Outlook, to send & receive emails. We will forward
instructions on setting up this email account with a set by step
process for MS Outlook. The email size limit is 5MB
maximum per email (if shared hosting is selected) but there is no limit on the number of emails. |
| Websites are hosted through
Webfusion servers. Availability of
websites are based on availability of servers through Webfusion. |

One Page Websites |
| Payment is required prior to registration of your website domain
name & server set-up. Once payment & website content has been
received we will normally create and load your website within 7
days. |
| We will check availability of your requested .co.uk domain name
but cannot guarantee that your first choice will always be
available. We will suggest alternatives when your first choice
has already been registered by another business. |
| The annual cost includes 1 update at
the time of renewal. Additional
updates can be made at any time at a nominal charge of £10 - £20 per
update (provided the website template isn't being amended).
The annual cost includes registration with 20+ top search engines.
The annual cost includes the registration costs of your chosen
domain name and hosting on our server. |
| Webstats
and FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access are not
available for one page websites. |
| AceTech Enterprises will not normally travel to
client's premises to collect material for one page websites.
Content material for the website should be sent to AceTech
Enterprises either by email or post. We will return any
original material at the request of the client. |
